Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options:
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days — $8.50 or free on orders over $100
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days — $10.50
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days — $12.50
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to the United States of America. We do not ship to P.O. boxes / APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@loonsteadliving.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
